Payment & Delivery Conditions
- We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
- Payment is due in full upon receipt of the invoice.
- Payment must be received prior to the start of any services or delivery of any products.
- Services will begin on the date agreed upon by both parties in the contract.
- Products will be delivered digitally within the stipulated time after payment is received.
- If there are any delays in delivery, we will notify the client as soon as possible and provide a new estimated delivery date.
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by the client, such as delays in approving deliverables or providing necessary information.
Refunds and Cancellations:
- Refunds will only be issued if the service or product is not as described or if there is an error on our part.
- Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing an order and must be in writing.
- For services, if the client cancels after 24 hours of placing an order, the client will be charged for the amount of work completed up to the time of cancellation.
- We guarantee that all services and products will meet the specifications outlined in the contract.
- We will work with the client to correct any issues that arise with the service or product.
- If the client is not satisfied with the service or product, we will provide a full refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the written complaint.
By placing an order and making payment, the client agrees to these Payment & Delivery Conditions.
