Payment & Delivery Conditions

Payment:

  • We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
  • Payment is due in full upon receipt of the invoice.
  • Payment must be received prior to the start of any services or delivery of any products.

Delivery:

  • Services will begin on the date agreed upon by both parties in the contract.
  • Products will be delivered digitally within the stipulated time after payment is received.
  • If there are any delays in delivery, we will notify the client as soon as possible and provide a new estimated delivery date.
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by the client, such as delays in approving deliverables or providing necessary information.

Refunds and Cancellations:

  • Refunds will only be issued if the service or product is not as described or if there is an error on our part.
  • Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing an order and must be in writing.
  • For services, if the client cancels after 24 hours of placing an order, the client will be charged for the amount of work completed up to the time of cancellation.

Warranty:

  • We guarantee that all services and products will meet the specifications outlined in the contract.
  • We will work with the client to correct any issues that arise with the service or product.
  • If the client is not satisfied with the service or product, we will provide a full refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the written complaint.

By placing an order and making payment, the client agrees to these Payment & Delivery Conditions.
